This is a new posting for the American Missouri Blog of the Rebel Rider Review. I am posting this to list a new Treaty especially for those who would like to have a working Template for similar societies, and for those in Missouri and outside of Missouri that would like to join this society for the benefits it derives from its timely posting.
For anyone who is interested in finding out more about this society, I encourage you to come to any Saturday or Sunday afternoon call-in to discuss the contents of this Treaty that is posted below, and to learn more about the society itself.

As this is an official posting of a lawful treaty, there is a comment period that ends at 11:00 p.m. CST on December 31, 2011. No official comments made after the December 31st date will hold any value or weight in consideration for any discussion. The Treaty becomes lawfully viable on the very first day of the year of 2012.
Missouri Family Society Treaty
Created November 2011
Whereas, We, the established human inhabitants, men, women, boys, and girls, do create by our own hands, this form of Meritocratic* government, on this beginning day of our Abundant Creator of November 2011.
*“Meritocratic or Meritocracy” is hereby defined as the determination of value or system of value of a man, woman, boy or girl by their actions of merit rather than their determined value under the Monetary Value System established elsewhere in the World or Universe. Whereas, Monetary Value of human life is a discredit to human life, as was created by our Abundant Creator. Whereas, no human being has a right to judgment for or against any other human being. Whereas, only the human being* making such decisions has the rational right to judge ones own self as to right or wrong done, with rational debate of discussion of that right or wrong.
*“Human Being” is hereby defined as a rational self thinking, decision making man, woman, boy, or girl, who determines for themselves as to what is best for them and no one else concerned. Whereas, it is not the business or concern of any other man, woman, or child to make decisions for any other one man, woman, or child who has reached the Age of Reasoning without their permission.
Whereas, the purpose of the creation and establishment of The Missouri Family Society or The MFS is to form a solid bond between like thinking human being men women, and children into a society, whereas, each and every member is afforded an ability to make independent decisions as to cultural, natural, private, and public/private creations of their own volition and protection from interference from any source from within or without the boundaries of The Missouri Family Society, also known as The MFS from this time forward.
Whereas, we, the undersigned of this documentation, do hereby pledge our allegiance to this Contract of Agreement, under the basic fundamental “Law of Fairness”, as is established initially by one human, who is only one instrument of the many humans brought together as one. That one human, who created this Society, called The Missouri Family Society, also referred to as The MFS, is known as the creator of this Contract of Agreement, and is called “blaze”, now known as one of the original signers to this Contract.
Whereas, We the undersigned of The MFS, do hereby create and establish a uniform form of governance, whereas all voices of those humans signed to this contract will be heard and adhered, from the official date of signing to this Contract of Agreement. Whereas, every signer of this Contract of Agreement become sovereign in their own right and make all decisions, within and without the created individual societies, by their own hand.
Whereas, We the undersigned of The MFS, do hereby create our own family societies within the physical and intellectual boundaries of The MFS, and those family societies adhere to the basic fundamental “Law of Fairness”, established within this Contract of Agreement. Whereas, every and each member of The MFS shall and will be of “Age of Reasoning”* and that voice will be heard and recognized throughout all of the Land of our Abundant Creator, who created or allowed our creation into existence, of which evolves into a forward progressing establishment under the Natural Conditions created and evolved by that Abundant Creator.
*“Age of Reasoning” is hereby defined as the undetermined age of the human being, to the extent that decisions made, and the consequences of those decisions made, shall be borne or carried or suffered by that human, who made those decisions.
Whereas, We the undersigned, do hereby establish our own self governed Society of The MFS, along with the many established and signed societies created and evolved within The MFS. Whereas, that self governance includes maintaining, organizing, and fully protecting all signed societies within The MFS, and The MFS, in its entirety from all foreign and local trespass* and invasion* from any source. Whereas, all sources of trespass and invasion shall and will be repelled by whatever means* available and created for the protection of The MFS and its established societies within.
*“Trespass” is hereby defined as the encroachment of any source upon the established physical, intellectual boundaries, and contracts established and evolved within and without the boundaries of The MFS and its societies contained within.
*“Invasion” is hereby defined as the encroachment by any source with intellectual intent of empowerment over all members of The MFS and The MFS, itself, by use of Force, Threat of Force, Deception, Coercion, Fraud, and creation of malcontent amongst the established societies within The MFS and The MFS.
*“By Whatever Means” is defined as any use of counter measures required, whether by physical, intellectual, or any electrical or electronic devices, to remove such a threat from the immediate boundaries of The MFS and its societies contained within.
Whereas, We the undersigned, do hereby agree to protect each and every one signed to The MFS and is of the Age of Reasoning, from coercion, deception, fraud, force, and threat of force from all sources, and who have been determined, by the body of The MFS, to destroy or undermine this establishment of the MFS. Whereas, any and all extreme measures of Force shall and will be used by any or all members of The MFS to repel all aggression against The MFS. Whereas all measures of protection including emf cloaking, protective physical boundaries, established protective human forces, created cloned or cyber protection, and fully trained Nature Created protection shall and will be used at all times for the protection of The MFS and its societies within.
Whereas, We the undersigned, do hereby create and establish private treaties amongst the society at large within The MFS, so as to establish privacy amongst its individual families, whereas to prevent encroachment of trespass, whether intended or unintentional, and to promote the general “Family Society” within The MFS.
Whereas, it is the intention of The MFS to the promotion of an overall awareness of each and every one signed as individual men women, boys, and girls, who are of the Age of Reasoning, and able to make decisions by their own mind, and suffer the good or bad consequences thereof.
Whereas, We the undersigned determine, it is not the right of anyone other than the decision making individual; man, woman, or child, to determine the right or wrong of a decision that is made and suffer those consequences. Whereas, it is the right of any individual man or woman or child to express an opinion of a decision made and leave an open debate for discussion, for that one, who made that decision, to determine the method to correct those actions, if necessary, from possible trespass or encroachment.
Whereas, We the undersigned, do hereby create and establish essential guidelines for acquirement of lawful land and physical properties and all contained within it. Whereas, all land acquired through the advent of established representatives of lawful landowners or with those original landowners, that all transfers made with those representatives and/or landowners establishes a lawful clause for that transfer. Whereas, let it be known that all legal clauses established within the parameters of such transfers are deemed as unlawful due to the nature of color of or interpretation of written law. Whereas, let it be known that written law shall and will be the only recognized Law of the Land, with the advent of representatives of the original landowners or the landowners themselves. Whereas, let it be known that transfer of real or private property of one owner to the new owners, the new owners establish right to claim of lawful property, real or private, without further encumbrances from any other source.
Whereas, We the undersigned, do hereby create and establish a Trust whether Private or Public to be maintained and governed under the MFS Treaty and under the establishment of The Law of Fairness Doctrine as a Divine Right of the MFS and the signed members thereunder. Whereas, all properties, whether real or private, and acquired lawfully and under the above guidelines become an integral portion of the above named Trust, so established. Whereas, it is now deemed as real or private property established under the auspices of the MFS and the Law of Fairness Doctrine.
Whereas, let it be known that the “Law of Fairness” is defined as the fundamental law and guide by and for all members, whether men, women, boys, and girls, to be led in forward progression in The MFS, and is included at this point in this Treaty of the Missouri Family Society.
The Law of Fairness
INTRODUCTION: The core essence of human life is the right of Self-determination. No government, government entity, individual, or group, including religious doctrines has the right to determine how an individual should live his or her life; as long as, the individual’s actions are in accordance with the Law of Fairness and the Laws of Nature. No individual, group, government or government entity has the right or authority to impose their will through the use of deception, threat of deception, threat of force, fraud, coercion, threat of initiated force or initiated force on any individual who has reached the age of reasoning.*
The right of self -determination includes any and all choices that encompass the liberty and freedom of the individual to determine how said individual will procure lawful income, lawfully acquired real property, worldly possessions, choice of social compact and happiness; as long as, said individual is abiding by the Law of Fairness and the Laws of Nature.
Stipulation 1: Any individual, group, or government using deception, threat of deception, fraud, coercion, threat of initiated force, or initiatory force upon another individual, group, government, social compact, or their property or contracts is violating the Law of Fairness and such actions are strictly prohibited.
Stipulation 2: Any individual, group, government or government entity not abiding by the Law of Fairness will be subject to corrective measures according to the depth and scope of the infringement as adjudicated by the governing body whose jurisdiction includes the location where the infringement occurred. Use of force is justifiable ONLY in the event of the violation of the Law of Fairness by any individual, group, or government or government entity.
Stipulation 3: There shall be no exceptions to Stipulations 1 and 2.
* Age of Reasoning When an individual believes that he or she has reached the age of reasoning, that individual can formally express his or her intent to pursue his or her right to self-determination within the community, whether locally or of the Universe as created by our Abundant Creator, and accept full responsibility for their actions -- under the Law of Fairness. At the moment of the acceptance by the community, the expression will be considered recognized.
Whereas, We the undersigned, do hereby accept and acknowledge The Law of Fairness as the Supreme Guide and Law of the Land of the MFS.
Whereas, We or I do hereby sign this Treaty as a full fledged member of the Missouri Family Society or The MFS, by my own hand or seal, as my recognition, as a Sovereign of the MFS and its member family societies. Whereas, I will keep a copy of this Treaty as my source and identification of being a direct member of the Missouri Family Society and being fully recognized Universe wide and return a direct copy of this Treaty to the MFS as a record of being a member of that Society.
